Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azurball is the south eastern most French region of France. He completely surrounds Monacoball and loves gambling, tourism, boating, and wine.
His name comes from his former self as a province, Provenceball (Provence) along with the Alps Mountains and his Côte d'Azur (meaning riveria or blue coast).
His region, along with Auvergne-Rhône-Alpesball, hosts the Critérium du Dauphiné cycling race every June, which is a warm-up for the Tour de France. He also hosts some of the more exciting Tour stage finishes like Mont Ventoux - he will never forget the sight of of the yellow jersey wearer running up the mountain during the 2016 Tour after his bike got crushed by a motorbike!
