Neuquénball

Neuquénball is a province of Argentinaball. He owns the largest petroleum basins in Argentina, is the main producer of natural gas and the country's largest hydropower provider, in addition to an important production of wine, fruit, minerals, etc.

Personality

It is proud and believes that he is the best province of Argentina since its HDI is one of the highest in the country, having a large amount of hydrocarbons is thought to be one of the provinces where it is charged more. He despises his Northern Brothers, such as Saltaball and Jujuyball, and claims that they are poor, lazy and fat, also having bad climate, however deep inside he is jealous of their culture, tradition.

How to draw

Draw Neuquénball isn't difficult:

1. Divide the basic circle shape into three vertical stripes, blue, white and blue
2. Draw the symbol of Neuquén in the center
